Enhanced Bio Fuels and Technologies (I) Pvt ltd (EBTI) is engaged in the field of Bio Fuels Production using nonedible source of feed stock like Jatropha, Biomass and Algae The fine art of Natural Science combined with the Innovative Technology has brought a great success in the field of Research and Development. Our sustainable efforts led to breakthrough in the field of Agronomy, Processing Technology, Renewable Energy, Biotechnology, Microbiology and Phycology of Jatropha, Biomass and microalgae cultivation.
The company has undertaken research and development into each of these various fields, for the purpose of applying scientific knowledge to the design, development, processing and distribution of alternative biofuel, the generation/distribution of bio-energy and the processing of bi-products.Enhanced Biofuels and Technologies (India) Private Ltd “EBTI” is a main company established in 2006 from its parent company Green World Biotech established in 1992 with main focus on Green energy technology for the production of Energy/biofuel using non-edible feedstocks such as Jatropha, Microalgae and Biomass as its in-house R&D named International Biofuels Research and Development Centre (IBRDC) to support its commercial application. Our strategy is to develop high yielding clones of Biomass woody species using Biotechnology and Microbiology tools to suit high density, high quality biomass with high calorific value and low Ash, Chlorine, Silica content.

EBTI Pvt Ltd is promoted by Dr. Ganapathy Arumugam (GA), he is the Managing Director and Group Science Director of the Company. He is undoubtedly the world’s leading expert on Jatropha and biomass propagation. GA is a Biotechnologist and Phycologist with 30 years’ experience, including both academic and commercial appointments with the Indian Council of Agricultural research and played a major role to raise £ 75million during his employment in a British Company listed in London Stock Market designated as Group Science Director.Under his control he controlled the operations of 25 countries globally on Plant Science activities of Biofuel feed stock production. His work includes fundamental research into all aspects of Jatropha carcas and Biomass species Land Microalgae as a source of Non Edible feedstock to create National & International Energy independence. His expertise includes the development of new variety, tissue cultures, bio fertilizers and bio control agents.
He has developed high yield, high quality and disease resistant strains of various crops in the field of agriculture, horticulture and energy. His team of experts and scientists established a facility for the production of Greenfuel and hydrogen fuel using micro algae. His Excellency, Former President of India, Dr A.P.J. Kalam, has endorsed the research and development activities of EBTI, declaring them to be of national importance.They have recently been awarded a very prestigious appointment by the Ministry of Science and Technologyby recognition of its in house R & D facilities. EBTI is the only Green fuel Company in India to receive this.
Green World Biotech, the Parent Company of EBTI initiated various Research and Commercial projects on Agricultural, Forestry and Horticultural crops including Animal Husbandry since 1992. Seedlings, rooted cuttings, grafts and tissue culture plants of tree crops and spices were produced and marketed by the company. As a part of their research activities, Jatropha commonly known as Physic Nut was planted as a supporting plant for Vanilla creeper in the year 1994.

Aravinth Muthusamy – Son-in- Law of Ganapathy Arumugam is a Executive Director an Energetic young Engineering Graduate with Expertise in application of Robotics in the filed of Agriculture, He is hailing from a traditional Agriculture family with rustic back ground in International Project Execution.He is a dynamic personality well known to his team as a strong team leader and the organisation from the front lines. He is strongly grounded in different aspects of the Green energy business – Project Initiation, Project management, strategic business planning in the filed of Biomass power,Hi-Tech Agriculture, Horticulture, design and execution of Precision farming, Vertical farming and Algae Photo-bioreactors in association with USA, and European expertise . Being an Executive Director of EBTI, he is responsible for Business strategy, Business development, Business management and Exploration of new business ventures in the fore said field.
